Recruitment and Employer of Record services
Remove the limits of hiring only within your local talent pool. Insourcehire helps South African, UK and US organisations hire legitimately and affordably across borders. Add to your existing team, or build one from scratch, we handle local employment, payroll, benefits and compliance.
Competition for the same small pool of local candidates drives up cost, slows hiring, and forces compromises on fit.
India and South Africa offer deep, English-fluent, remote-ready talent across nearly every role, often faster to hire and more cost-effective without compromising on skills and expertise.
You can’t offer formal employment without a local entity, which limits you to contractor-only talent. Hiring globally also brings compliance risk.
We specialise in specific hiring corridors rather than trying to be a generic global platform, so the support you get is practical and locally tuned.
South African companies
Fill open roles and add to your existing SA team, or build a remote team from scratch in India, without setting up your own employing entity there. We handle sourcing, formal employment, payroll and compliance. You pay locally in ZAR.
UK companies
Both markets overlap comfortably with UK business hours, so you can hire in either without reshaping your working day. We handle sourcing, employment, payroll and compliance. No local entity required. You pay locally in GBP.
US companies
South Africa covers US East Coast afternoons directly, while India suits early-shift and handover arrangements, so you build follow-the-sun coverage instead of compromising. We handle sourcing, employment, payroll and compliance — no local entity required. You pay locally in USD.
South African recruitment
For South African companies filling local roles, we offer full local recruitment to find and place the perfect SA candidates into SA roles. Many clients who hire in India with us also use us for their local roles as they enjoy our simple and efficient hiring process.
As involved as you need us to be. Run the whole process with us, or have us work alongside your HR team, from first candidate through to ongoing payroll.
Sourcing, screening and headhunting against your requirements, through to shortlist and interview coordination.
Offer coordination, salary negotiation support, and employment agreements with country-relevant clauses.
We make official local employment possible even where you have no entity, a real edge in attracting stronger candidates.
Monthly payroll, tax, labour-law compliance and employment administration handled in the local market.
Top candidates want real jobs, not gig work. With us, you can offer formal, locally compliant employment in India and South Africa, no local entity required, so you win the candidates who are not interested in contractor offers.
No foreign exchange headaches, exchange control regulations, no international transfer admin. You pay a monthly invoice, locally, in your own currency, while we manage payroll, compliance, and everything cross-border behind the scenes. Exchange rates are transparently shared.
6+ years in the remote hiring and EOR space — boutique by design, built largely on referrals and word of mouth.
We work specific hiring corridors, not every country on earth, so support stays practical and locally tuned rather than generic.
Smaller and leaner than the large corporate platforms: faster response times, closer relationships, direct founder involvement.
We work very closely with our clients to understand their business and requirements, enabling us to deliver effectively.
We support digitally deliverable roles across technical and non-technical functions.

"At Argility Technology Group we strive to become partners and an extension of our customer's business, not just another supplier. Similarly, we look for the same when we partner with suppliers — Insourcehire is not just another supplier. Technical recruitment is a niche vertical which Insource has mastered. Their service and professionalism have been exceptional. Their ability to understand our needs, source great candidates, be responsive, plus manage the recruitment process from beginning to end has made working with them a pleasure."

"India possesses a massive talent pool, making it much easier to find the right staff. It also makes great economic sense to hire Indian staff to work remotely on projects here in SA. Insourcehire has helped us to unlock this opportunity to grow and maintain a successful, dedicated development team in India. From the hiring process to HR admin and management of payroll, taxes and foreign exchange once your staff are employed, dealing with Insourcehire has helped us navigate the otherwise immensely difficult task of hiring our own team in India. Thank you to Daisy and the Insourcehire team."

"Insourcehire is so much more than just a recruitment and employer-of-record service – they completely demystify the complexities of hiring in India, provide top-quality candidates, offer very reasonable rates, and always go above and beyond to make sure our hiring and HR needs are met as a business. We have no reason or desire to hire any other way and foresee working with Insourcehire into the future."
